For selective controlled feeders which requires only one digital signal per feeder.  Typically this Signal triggers the feeder which is under the machine’s own control.  Implemented already on several machine types e.g. SITMA wrapping lines.

May be used in a Mailtable Tracker configuration !

Four Signal selective Feeder control Software 4 Feeders

For selective controlled feeders,  where each feeder requires four signals per feeder. There are 2 inputs and 2 output signals available. Typically the outputs are used for valve and alarm signal control and the inputs for miss- and double feed control on the feeder.

If sufficient un-committed inputs/outputs are available control of additional feeders may be possible, consult Graph-Tech.
